Judith L. Enns, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of HR Solutions, Judy acts as a business mentor, civic leader and business consultant to public and private businesses across the Western United States. Judy’s personal travel and work experiences lend to her understanding of complex business issues. Judy has traveled, lived and performed business across cultures and continents. She is a much sought after speaker and has spoken at numerous business conferences in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. In addition, Judy has addressed national, and regional human resources and professional groups in San Francisco, San Diego and Lexington, Kentucky on topics such as employee engagement, and multiple generations in the workforce, and Leadership to name a few. Judy holds a Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Ohio. She taught college and university in the Saudi Arabia, Virgin Islands, Philippines, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon and California. Her ability to listen and engage personally and professionally lends to the trust she has earned as a much sought-after Human Capital - Critical Talent Advisor in the global business community.
Marian Donahue,

An advisor to public and private business leaders for over 18 years, Marian specializes in matching the essence of the work to be done, with the essence of the right person to do it.
- Eighteen years talent consulting experience with businesses in San Diego, San Francisco, Texas, Hawaii, Louisiana and China, providing consultative search expertise to companies seeking senior-level business talent in industries such as: BioPharma; Technology; Telecommunications; and Health Care; and Non-profits.
- Successfully performed search activities for over 200 key searches for business professionals in multiple industries.
- Partnered with San Diego Economic Development Corporation as a regional expert assisting CEO’s and entrepreneurs to analyze hiring options and available talent in the San Diego region.
She is a trusted coach to the business executives in her client companies. Marian is an expert at vetting an organization’s talent needs. Her industry focus has been defining the right talent for roles in the BioPharma, Health Care, Science, Government, Non-profit and Telecommunications industries. Marian is currently consulting with organizations to enhance business results by defining the right talent through defining the essential work impact.
